However, if you do not want the item you can return it to us for a full refund, replacement or store credit within 60 days of purchase - no questions asked. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Returns
All items must be returned 60 days after the original reception date. The returned items must be in new and unused, or opened and slightly used, condition and in its original box, if applicable, or with tags on it.

Damaged or not as described items
These events are rare.

But if any item that arrived damaged or wasn't the item you ordered, please inform us immediately and we will send a replacement item immediately (along with a nice gift), or alternatively, a refund or store credit if you prefer.

Late Arrival

If the item arrived late, AFTER our guaranteed shipping time (excluding events out of control like natural disasters and etc.), and you have no interest in it anymore, please inform us and you will receive a full refund.
